How  do our 1 year warranty 1 to 1 exchange work?

During the first 3 month, if come to any hardware problem we exchange you another

one, After 3 months if any problem on the hardware we still 1 to 1 exchange but we

only charge you a mininum handling fees of RM 50 for us to send back the item to

the original factory. The benefit is you do not have to wait for factory claim, but

please understand that your unit we send for repair, We may keep as spare to

exchange for others warranty,

• Do you repair tablet?

Answer: Sorry, We can't repair because our agreement with MOMO PLOYER is they will do the repair to make sure customer

satisfaction, Once the cover is open by Customer or by us,  warranty is void.

• Too many seller, I am confuse

Answer: Even if you  buy from others seller, Just look for seller with best Facebook reputation ( Feedback) many facebook

seller have good feedback

• Why some others are selling so cheap?

Answer: No Brand;)  and also they cover thier Profit money by charging you a  RM 60 poslaju which is actually RM 10 or a

handling fees if you self collect without telling you until you waste your time to their place, Plus minest you get the worst, I can even

sell cheaper this kind of stuff, but I don't want to be curse by customer, But anyway is still cheap to buy a small lesson;) because

I buy the same lesson too in order to be smart ;)

• In the market I saw Tablet with 1GB RAM , Why you don't sell that?

Answer: Even giant company like galaxy tab is only using up to 512RAM! up to now,   Why? Because all they need is to modify

the firmware to make you believe it is 1 GB of RAM, As I say, I don't want to be curse
